India has a long history of labouring and offering assistance to others. We have heard tales of how people used to support one another and work together during trying times since the beginning of time. When people realised that they needed to stick together to survive in this world and that their unity and cooperation would shield them from future challenges, society ordered to survive in this world and that their unity and cooperation would shield them from future challenges, and society as a whole came into being. International Human Solidarity Day -20th December

International Human Solidarity Day is observed globally on 20 December every year. On December 22, 2005, the UN General Assembly proclaimed that International Solidarity Day would take place on December 20 each year. It is a day to: Celebrate unity in diversity  Remind governments to respect their commitments to international agreements Raise public awareness of the importance of solidarity Encourage debate on the ways to promote solidarity Encourage new initiatives for poverty eradication. Solidarity is identified in the Millennium Declaration as one of the fundamental values of international relations in the 21st Century.  Regional development is often translated into the term of spatial development or spatial change of society, and as such connected with terms such as 'social inclusion' that indicate the intrinsic role of regional (and urban) development in social reproduction. Malnutrition in India- its High Time.

 India-The largest democracy of the world had climbed through its treacherous past of war and slavery. Anyhow in the 21st century our country faces many new problems, one of a serious problem is malnutrition, according to reports and nutrition experts India has one of the highest burdens of malnutrition in the world. According to WHO Malnutrition refers to deficiencies, excesses or imbalance in person’s intake of energy and/or nutrients. The term malnutrition covers 2 bread groups of conditions. One is ‘undernutrition’-which includes stunting (low height for age), wasting (low weight for height), underweight (low weight for age) and micronutrient  deficiencies or insufficiencies (a lack of important vitamins and minerals ).
